TITLE: Service Project Manager COMPANY: Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. DUTIES: Review the business processes in order to gain a complete understanding of current procedures Siemens Healthineers PLM environment. Engage new business user by collecting, defining and implementing their engineering process requirement in Siemens Healthineers Integrated Tool Landscape Teamcenter and NX. Support users for Teamcenter and NX software and full branch of mechanical disciplines. Partner with development teams to provide reporting on Teamcenter and NX solution implementations. Involved in future Teamcenter implementation activities for Siemens Healthineers. Recommend changes related to Teamcenter implementation and solutions to the central implementation team based on specific user needs. Participate in Integration, User Acceptance, and Functionality Testing. Create and update NX and Teamcenter training documentation. Schedule regular training workshops at the US sites with a specific focus on Flanders, Tarrytown and Glasgow. Transfer business process knowledge to Teamcenter application developers and project managers. Provide analytic support and coordination of technical implementation. Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects and work with other supporters and the project management teams to be able to prioritize deliverables. Troubleshoot installation and upgrade issues for Teamcenter and NX. Develop report, proof of concept/prototype, preform root cause analysis for Teamcenter and NX using following programing language: Eclipse IDE,JAVA, C, C++, PHP, Oracle PL/SQL, JavaScript, UNIX scripting, CATScript, NX Open, VB script and DOS scripting. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Full term of experience must include the following skills: strong knowledge in Teamcenter and NX installation, upgrade, and operation concepts; expert knowledge of the full span of Teamcenter application modules (i.e. My Teamcenter, Structure Manager, Multi BOM Manager, Systems Engineering); practical knowledge of reviewing the Product Lifecycle management (PLM) business process, collecting requirement, coordinating implementation and providing analytic support for both the user and technical implementation team; strong knowledge in Teamcenter and NX application programing interface (API’s) and practical experience in development including Teamcenter Integrated Tool Kit (TC ITK), Teamcenter Service Oriented Architecture (TC SOA), Active Workspace and NX scripting etc.; real world experience in defining standard operating procedures to collect, analysis, predict and report availability of Teamcenter and NX infrastructure; and hands on experience in Product Lifecycle management (PLM) data migration project, training, and User support activities.
