Position Description: 1 PR Creation: Verify suggested missing parts info with Service OE and manually generate PR in system. 2 Exceptional Management: Work with GCM to identify source for those parts with incomplete sourcing information. 3.Place PO to supplier: Convert PR to PO and place PO to suppliers. 4 PO Confirmation: Follow up with suppliers on the PO confirmation within 2 working days. 5 EOL/LTB coordination: Collect latest EOL information from supplier or GCM and provide to service fulfillment to communicate with customer. Coordinate LTB if necessary. 6 Alternative and Off-spec coordination: Analyze alternative and off-spec information from supplier and check with GCMs and development and service OE to initiate off-spec process if necessary. 7 LTB record: Collect LTB information from supplier or GCM or other channels and send to service fulfillment for order cancellation communication with customer. 8 Delivery follow-up: Follow up delivery until it arrive in LSTC plant. 9 Invoice & payment issue: Work with supplier, GCM to resolve discrepancies like quantity, quality, payment term etc. 10 Supplier performance management: Manage on-time delivery, service support, etc. Consider to join QBR with suppliers with GCMs by providing inputs from service side. #### Position Requirements: 1\. 3-5 year purchasing experience in manufacturing environment. 2\. Good English. 3\. Excellent communication skill. 4\. Able to work under pressure.
