Responsibility:
Conduct DCG server products serviceability & supportability review
Provide improvement recommendations to Offering Development Teams (ODTs)
resulting in products that are high quality, easy to diagnose and to service
within the allotted warranty & maintenance budgets
Provide FRU/CRU guidance for new products
Drive improvement to product design and function in order to reduce warranty
costs generation over generation.
#### Position Requirements:
Familiar with server products mechanical design
Understand field parts replacement procedure
Fluent in English
Effective communication skills
Capability of dealing with ambiguity
Passionate to the business
