1) Responsible for translation and proofreading of text of knowledge bases, service rule processes, etc.
2) Collaborate with the whole customer service team, responsible for collecting, researching, and analyzing business-related data, and providing analysis and optimization reports.
3) Responsible for user research of target market/country and put forward professional suggestions to help the team optimize rules and processing procedures to raise customer satisfaction rates.

Requirements:
1) Native speaker of French/Italia/German/Japanese, etc
2) Experiences in online shopping, familiar with e-commerce platforms
3) Familiar with the operation processes of customer service
