A number of exciting opportunities have arisen for enthusiastic, proactive and delivery driven individuals to join our Customer Services Airline Support Team network as an Airline Support Service Representative.

The team provides Operational Fleet and Service Delivery support for Rolls-Royce Civil Engine customers. These positions will be based at locations around the World close to our customers operations.

Key Accountabilities

• To manage the in service customer relationship with major customer account

• Drive Customer Satisfaction / compliant targets and delivery, including proactive management of issues to resolution

• Support team leader/line manager to create business review meeting pack; conduct regular Technical review, Total Care review and Working Together Team

• Rollover campaign coordination plans with both internal and external customers

• Identify possible ways to improve the service support activity, promoting such ideas with the team leader/line manager

• Provide customer input on business forecasts, fleet plans and shop visit plans, and identify sales and service opportunities

Requirements

• Base technical or business qualification, Engineering degree preferred

• At least 5 years technical and operational support experience in the Aerospace sector

• Good English spoken and written skills, IT proficient

• Previous Service Representative experience strongly preferred

• People / Team Management experience preferred

• Experience working within an International company preferred•
