Service Sales Manager

Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understands the organization's mission, goals and strategies through constant and consistent communication with the local sales/service managers.
- Develop and implement action plan to achieve yearly service revenue and Service gross margin goals. Identify opportunity down to district and individual province and distributor level, and work with Service and Sales (CE & ACQ and Channel) teams to drive the goals accomplishment.
- Proactively analysis, recommendation and action plan to capture any opportunities of service revenue, as well as to develop related process to sustain the improvement gained.
- Provide regular analysis and tracking report of service revenue and service gross margin improvement. Monitor and track progress and performance against plan and goals, and derive alternative actions if any gap.
- Maintain sufficient communication and support to National Service Managers and service/sales managers on all progress.
- Work with Regional/District Service Manager and CE Director/Manager closely to drive upsells of Always ON, new service products and Informatics selling to end customers and distributors.
- Work with Pricing and Finance to set and gatekeep the pricing and discount for service products as well.
- Support National Service Director for assigned service projects or tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS or BA in IVD, medical, life science or engineering business curriculum.
- 8 years related field experience with 3 years’ experience in selling or marketing service products. Direct selling experience will be an add.
- Good analytical and financial skills, such as service P&L.
- Proactive, systematic and process oriented approach to identify and resolve problems.
- Project management experience with Lean Six Sigma greenbelt certification is preferred. Product launch experience will be an add.
- Strategic, creative thinking and good at execution.
- Ability to influence team member activities and drive results.
- Good communication with all levels (up, down and across), negotiation, teamwork and people management skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and leading without authority.
- Possess efficient English and Chinese language ability. Able to present with English.
- Sound system skills such as service system, MS Excel and Power point.
- Sound quality and compliance knowledge and discipline.
