#### Position Description:


Job Description:
\- Act as 1st level of support for any registration issues.
\- Handle any updates / changes of data of Think Plus / SRS / Consumer
contracts in SAP (legacy and strategic), PEW, or other DBs.
\- Escalate any issues that could affect the registration such as, PN
creation, Errors in DBs.
\- Focal point of one or more Distributors.
\- Email support to customers focusing on completing the warranty
registrations.

\- Proactive registration of warranty extensions or upgrades.
Email support to customers (Distributors, Resellers, End Users)
Responsibilities
\- Register warranties on customer demand.
\- Run files for massive update.
\- Respond to customer's requests with a sense of urgency.
\- Manage the necessary information to complete registrations whenever it's
not available.

#### Position Requirements:


Skills: Advanced English and Portuguese level, written and verbal. Experience
in dealing with customers and solving problems.
