Your responsibilities
- Actively promoting service portfolio in assigned market, developing the relationship and business to realize the budget and targets set (incl. OR, EBIT, Revenue and GM) and maximizing profitable growth for ABB in service.
- Providing (technical) support for ABB's customer on motors, generators, improving the customers' satisfaction and generate service request, providing training to enhance local ABB's knowledge of service business.
- Summarizing the spare parts request from each country, supporting local BOL.
- Being familiar and using the tools to support replacement motor solutions for both export and domestic market.
- Working in team, actively communicating and assisting other area sales or other team to fulfill the work target together.

Your background
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or above with major in Computer science or software engineering.
- Experience in motor or generator application/engineering/R&D is preferred.
- Must have English CET-4 or above.
- Being proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be a fast learner with good communication skills, with spirit of teamwork, be innovative and open minded.
- Must be customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill, be able to work independently under high pressure, proactive open-minded and self-motivated, adapt to travelling frequently.
