This is a Service Sales Specialist role, reporting to Service Sales Manager in Business Area Industrial Automation, Energy Industries.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining ABB Install base and building a good relationship with customers in the responsible area.
  • Keeping continuous margin improvement basing on IB management, customer relationship and service solution.
  • Collaborating with the Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager to implement Service sales strategy and feedback in related system/tools.
  • Contributing to risk assessments related to price and quality and registering required information into the appropriate customer database. Ensuring technical reliability, safety and cost-effective solutions to satisfy customer’s needs.
  • Acting as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings). Translating the needs of customer into relevant ABB Service offerings and solutions.
  • Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • A bachelor’s degree in science and technology.
  • Preferred to have OGC industry or foreign company background.
  • Must have 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge in automation, electric technology, preferable with electric products knowhow, like converter, motor or Switchgears.
  • Must be open to continuous travel and urgent response.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in English both in Written and Oral.
