This is a Service Team Leader role reporting to the Service Manager in the Business Area - Electrification located in Xiamen, China.
Your responsibilities
- Leading Central, North/West site service region, supervising the customer or the construction party to complete the installation commissioning of medium voltage power products at the customer site, ensuring the equipment launching on schedule.
- Performing repair, maintenance and retrofitting on whole life circle.
- Implement safety policy on customer site, ensuring the safety of team.
- Leading team to improve customer satisfaction, ensuring operation quality and improve service efficiency.
- Leading team to maintain long-term relationship with customers, identifying and recommending service requirements within the life cycle to customers and promoting the service business.

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree or above in Power System or Mechatronic.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in service, technology, quality and other related fields in electrical industry.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Good experience on site safety management, Power system, relay protection, electrical automation and related knowledge.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Must be comfortable with flexible working hours and frequent travelling.
