Service Team Leader - Scotland Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens. We are looking for a new team member to join our experienced service team in Scotland. This will be an independent location role and will be focused on leading a team of field service engineers, within our customer services team. mainly focused within the UK and Ireland, with some overseas travel. Your key focus will be: - Leading a team of field service engineers, supporting development and knowledge transfer, ensuring safety is our number one priority - Maintaining a customer focus, delivering complex solutions with exceptional customer service. The field service team support customers with both legacy and cutting-edge-technologies, across all industry sectors so the ability to adapt and have a growth mindset is vital. Supporting customers onsite, fault-finding PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems using your technical competence and strong interpersonal skills whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service. Project support including FAT, SAT installation, and commissioning. Supporting process improvement and identifying further opportunities to grow our market share, revenue, and productivity. You will be expected to participate in a 24/7 standby rota, and therefore a flexible attitude towards out of hours and weekend working is essential. Use your skills to move the world forward. • Degree/HNC in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent experience. • Excellent team player works collaboratively and proactively. • Experienced multi-vendor PLC, HMI, SCADA and DCS systems. • Experience with low voltage equipment design, installation, and maintenance. • Experience of full project lifecycle from conception to completion. • Awareness of industrial standards and security concepts.
