It is a service opearation department,It mainly responsible for the daily service and maintenance of the wind turbines.

Responsibilities

• Perform the day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance as a part of scheduled and un-scheduled service and maintenance of wind turbines
• Installation, commissioning, inspection and maintenance of wind turbine generators and associated spare parts
• Identify, define and isolate source of issues through logical processes and identify and evaluate possible solutions for the same
• Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients
• Develop and maintain site-specific documentation and quality assurance information
• Achieve, measure and report on performance indicators and site service objectives within a continuous improvement environment
• Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required, preferably Engineering
• Experience working in an electro-mechanical environment, preferably working with WTGs
• Experience in maintenance of heavy machinery
• Intermediate computer skills
• Possess a valid driving license
• A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
