Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Remote Services Connection Support TSE JOB LOCATION: (Cary/NC but Remote in USA is an option for experienced candidate) REMOTE USA only This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Remote Services Connection TSE, you will be responsible for: Regional coordination and/or maintenance of Siemens Smart Remote Service (SRS) connectivity for all compatible modalities. This includes close coordination with Project Managers, Installation Managers and associated staff regarding the SRS install process. This effort is focused to help insure that there is SRS connectivity at time of system installation and to attain set connectivity goals for assigned region as well as at the national level. Any incomplete connections at time of install are the connection TSEs responsibility to track and coordinate to completion. In addition any existing SRS compatible systems will be connected and pursued in conjunction with the local CSE support. Maintenance of established connectivity is also within the scope of responsibility, this includes analysis of any lost systems on a monthly basis and the follow through to draw on all resources necessary to re-establish the reporting system. Successful coordination with customer resources for both the clinical and IT aspects is critical to success of the initial and long term relationship. Support of modality request to resolve SRS connectivity issues are also within the scope of responsibility. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers Advanced knowledge for establishing and troubleshooting peer to peer IPSec VPN tunnels Advanced knowledge of local area network design and troubleshooting Cisco CCNA Certification is desired Excellent English skills (ideally as native language, spoken and written) are necessary You must have very good presentation skills in the customer environment and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation Required skills to have for the success of this role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 5-8 years IT experience; including experience with establishing and troubleshooting peer to peer ITSec VPN as well as general network connectivity issues Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
