If you like to work as a Service and Support Team Leader in our Docklands, VIC office, we'll offer you the support to make it happen! This is your role. What part will you play? In this role, you will be across the entire support contract life-cycle leading the Services and Support Team from a technical perspective to ensure customer service commitments are achieved. You will: Lead and coordinate a group of dedicated qualified professionals to achieve the defined targets Acts as first level of escalation for internal and external stakeholders. Involve in presales activities including technical design and development of customer service offerings. Determine priorities of tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly. Provide periodic reporting to internal and customer management in a professional manner Develop individuals and implement team management processes. Ensure adherence to public and regional standards and regulations. Support technical-oriented service tasks to directly perform customer support activities, ensuring customer service operation levels are maintained. Deploy knowledge and expertise to ensure that the customer service operational levels are maintained. Contribute to or conduct the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories. Excellent communication and collaboration skillsets across a range of internal and external stakeholders Use your skills to move the world forward. You have tertiary education in Electrical, Control Systems, Mechatronics, Software or ICT related disciplines. You are experienced in leading teams. Prior experience in similar role with experience on Rail Systems Projects highly regarded.
