Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities.

Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Translate business problems into analytical ones, and use statistical tools to identify drivers of growth, losses, profitability of M&C Service portfolios, and to highlight business issues and opportunities.
- Develop analytical methodology and perform regular diagnostics to assess business process and performance and utilize analytical tools to develop and implement actionable business solutions.
- Participate and lead in the development and regional execution of the global SAP metrics and business processes and strategy.
- Be SAP "problem solver" or "expert" and single point of contact for transferring SAP knowledge and new information to the Region.
- Work together as part of the region service management team assisting in gathering and mining SAP data to meet / exceed the Service business operating plan.
- Lead lean Six Sigma process improvements in Services ensuring operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership and compliance
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum BS degree (Master Degree preferred) in disciplines with strong quantitative background, e.g. Statistics, Operations Research, Management Science, Computer Sciences and Finance or equivalent 5+ years work experience in relevant area.
- Excellent communication skills including fluent English and ability to organizing thoughts and articulate them.
- Strong analytical aptitudes including broad skills in data manipulation with in-depth statistics knowledge.
- Knowledgeable in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning System.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with exceptionally strong customer service mindset.
- Can work and perform well under pressure, prioritize and achieve deadlines.
- Availability to frequent travel required on short notice.
