Job Description
Position Description: The Services Business Manager for Retail will report to the NA Services Marketing & Enablement Manager, and will have close interlock & collaboration with NA Sales Leaders, NA Business Managers, NA Product Managers and Marketing teams. The Services business manager is responsible for understanding market requirements, developing strategy from inputs and working hand in hand with sales and support functions to execute. Responsibilities: Quarterly Business Plan • Support sales teams in creating a sustainable services quarterly business plan considering the different aspects such as product mix/focus and key growth areas for services • Align Cross Functionally with product and business managers to identify new growth opportunities / plays • Work closely with Sales leadership on Full year and Quarterly strategies which would deliver the fiscal commitment • Develop, Gain Approvals Launch and drive Growth Programs to achieve KPIs • Integrate Marketing and solution teams into the comprehensive plan • Customer Focused Plans with identification of the top in qtr and future qtr services deals • Support Sales teams in the development of Executive Quarterly Business Reviews • Provide consistent tracking and reporting on campaign results Market Data / Competitor Analysis • Deep data analysis and comparison with market/actual/planned • Share trends and identify new or additional biz opportunities with services product teams • Understand the market dynamics, deep & ongoing market competitor observation and feedback to category team, services team and segment sales leadership • Understand competitive price points and analysis on Win/loss insights on strategic deals FCST • Establish & monitor services business vs KPI’s • Integrate with sales teams by attending sales cadence meetings to drive initiatives & hit KPI targets • Utilize Pipeline for assessments & Follow up on Pipeline quality per market • Align commitments based on Bus management insight in conjunction with Sales, ops & finance Enablement: External & Internal • Ensure setting right level of external activities (mktg/channel) and follow up on KPI’s • Work with sales, marketing & services to support critical external customer activities • Interlock with WW segment marketing, to drive inclusion of services and insights into broader marketing initiatives. • Collaborate with WW services training resources to create and execute on training that will ultimately help address services selling gaps our retail sales teams face (portfolio, selling techniques, best practices, etc.) • Drive closure of identified sales inhibitors Customer Sat. • Support sales and services teams with Feedback and drive away roadblocks for higher Customer Satisfaction • Link with CX teams on customer feedback & inhibitors #### Position Requirements: • Minimum Bachelor, preferred Master Degree Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent • At least 5 years previous experience in Sales, Sales Management; Sales Ops, Product Mgmt or Mkt • Services experience highly preferred • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and comfortable working with Senior NA business leaders • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills • Entrepreneurship and with a high degree of self-motivation and drive • Proficiency in Excel, and other office applications • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented • Strong Collaboration Skills and ability to work cross functionally • Ability to deal with ambiguity and identify approaches & solutions to challenges • Creative Problem solver We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
