As a Services Delivery Senior Manager – Digital Manufacturing for the Siemens Digital Industries Software America’s Sales and Customer Success team, you will manage multiple teams within the Digital Manufacturing organization with over 60 resources delivering high quality, value-driven deployment consulting, and providing technical expertise to meet the goals of the business. You will be responsible for people management and growth of direct reports and their teams, supporting resource demand and capacity planning within your practice, and maintain deep product knowledge within domain driving best practices and offerings. The Digital Manufacturing Senior Delivery Manager will report to the Director of the Americas Services Delivery Group. Responsibilities Manage multiple teams within the Digital Manufacturing Practice domain of highly skilled consultants to support customer deployment projects driven by Business Units and Countries in the Americas Zone. Work closely with Business Unit and Sales leadership to align the resource Eco System (Direct, GDN, and Indirect resources) to support Business Unit / Country customer activities and staffing needs. Support Pipeline demand with capacity plans for your Practice groups. Manage Practice activities to maintain strong metrics for Billable Utilization, Project Utilization, Cost Recovery, and Customer satisfaction Set and measure performance targets and goals for team members - perform regular performance appraisals and Growth Talks with direct reports. Provide coaching and mentoring to support growth activities agreed to with individual employees Support Business Units and Country organizations with technical expertise during Sales pursuits, Statement of Work authoring, deployments, and escalations. Drive key activities for adoption and knowledge sharing bridging deployment solutions with Digital Threads. Support our Xcelerator Digital Thread initiative to develop deployment solutions aligned with the value of the Digital Twin Drive product knowledge and expertise within Practice groups by aligning with our Product Roadmap, sharing field experience with Product Development, and having a deep understanding of product capability and deployment needs. Support Sales / Services BU campaigns with services offerings leveraging best practices for deployment activities Share and enable Services teams with material and content to be leveraged with customers that add value. Leverage Learning Services and Internal Enablement teams. Support enablement of deployment solutions aligned to Digital Threads. Ability to work within a team environment and collaborate with all business stakeholders Uphold the professional integrity of Siemen’s policies Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Computer Science Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT consulting services, preferably with Siemens Digital Industries Software Knowledge and experience within Manufacturing Understanding of Manufacturing 4.0 and Digital Manufacturing Closed Lop Manufacturing, Smart Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Shop Floor Planning, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Laboratory Information System (LIMS), Quality Management System (QMS) Digital thread solutions, offerings, tools, and best practices for deployment Design Validation, Additive Manufacturing and Model Based System Engineering Demonstrated team leadership skills Proven soft skills, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate to all levels within Siemens Digital Industries Software. Ability to develop metrics for employee development milestones and strong attention to detail Exercises professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee information Travel as required fulfilling the above roles and responsibilities Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
