The position is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual with exceptional business development or sales management skills to be part of a high-performance organization within a leading global computer manufacturer. You will be expected to: • Drive Services Sales across LenovoPRO (SMB segment closed store) and Lenovo Public webstore • Develop Services Sales strategy to ensure both long-term and short-term goals and aspirational targets are met • Accountable for services upsell revenue and margin targets in Western Europe • Understanding of business and marketing strategy; use of competitive data and owned differentiators to establish a value proposition that resonates. • Superb conceptual thinking and problem-solving at all levels, ability to formulate a plan with high attention to detail and desire to drive that plan through to completion. • Drive execution of promotional campaigns to increase services sales • Collaboration is crucial to the role, establish and manage regular cadence meetings with relevant stakeholders on local, EMEA and Global level • Described as hands-on, positive, pragmatic, flexible and results-driven This role reports to Senior Manager for Consumer Sales & Channel SMB Program. #### Position Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in online / etail environment • Superior verbal and written communication skills, and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences • Strong judgement, ability to manage through ambiguity and complexity as well as a demonstrated ability to influence without explicit authority • General knowledge of IT market route to market, knowledge of Services / Software Upsell business is an advantage • Degree in Business with strong analytical discipline and commitment to deliver results • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task effectively while considering future organizational requirements What Lenovo can offer you: • Opportunities for career development & growth • Opportunity to have impact and bring own added value • Access to various trainings • Performance based rewards Lenovo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
