This role would be a part of an automation tool development team that develops and maintains an end to end services framework for Intel. The scope includes design development testing of cloud-based web user interface, and DevOps. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and thrives in a collaborative innovative and fastmoving environment. Responsibilities may be quite diverse and of technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Systems thinking, analytical thinking, prototyping, and testing knowledge against design constraints and boundary conditions (industrial design, cost, performance criteria, and other design constraints)

• Research, develop, and create productive mass producible solutions

• Perform benchmarking and profiling of Intel Graphics platforms used in cloud gaming and Virtual desktop environment (VDI)

• Enhance and automate workload analysis for improving performance and efficiency of Intel's graphics architecture platforms

This internship is a minimum of 6 months with the possibility to extend it as per business needs.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position, and it will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications

The candidate must be pursuing a MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical engineering, or related discipline.

6+ months experience in any of the following areas:

• Front End Web Development HTML JavaScript best practices

• Computer architecture or Distributed systems software application ingredients and version

• Programing languages: Python coursework in computer programming, Java, Python, C, and/or algorithms

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in any of the following areas:

• Performance optimization prior work

• Object oriented programming

• Full web stack including Backend frameworks Elasticsearch Log stash and Kafka

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$147,000.00
