To help develop, improve and delivery ITIL process management. The individual in the position should expect to work to improve process and identify opportunities to better leverage existing technologies used by AIA to manage existing processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be the expert in ITIL Framework for IT teams in AIA and be part of the Major Incident Management team participate in incidents and change management process handling;
• Participate in & contribute to the operation support arrangement with service providers;
• Responding to enquiries and reported problems relating to the operations of systems and performing problem solving;
• Active participation in the reporting of IT Production Governance for management team;
• Be technically & functionally familiar with tools used for IT production change control and incident management.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Profile Requirements

• Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or similar;
• Good understanding on ITIL or IT Production Change & Control Processes;
• Major incident management, coordination skill and project management skill;
• Infrastructure knowledge on Linux OS, Database, Network;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Being analytical, organized and collaborative;
• Process minded, accountable, proactive, and agile.
