Position Description: The Services Process Engineer – 3PO (Third Party Offerings) acts as the relationship link between the WW Services Offering team and the Lenovo Business Transformation and IT functions. The role enables the business to achieve their objectives and deliver excellent customer outcomes through the effective use of technology. The translation of business and customer needs into technology solutions through leveraging the Lenovo technology capabilities (particularly BTIT and Enterprise Architecture) is a key outcome. Relationships - The Services Process Engineer proactively serves as a “trusted advisor,” and is the primary business point of contact to the business transformation team, IT managers and developers. He/she will communicate business strategies, decisions, priorities and relevant project/initiative information and proactively share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities. This helps create a competitive advantage for the Services business and increases efficiency and effectiveness as we work to enable our channel partners to sell and deliver our services. Strategy - The Services Process Engineer drives business technology strategy development, supports product development and risk management.  He is expected to provide valuable strategic consulting level support and guidance on the technology components of key business initiatives, both strategic and tactical, to meet the needs of the business.  He will strive to understand specific market challenges, including customer priorities and competitive issues and also provide insight into the business as to opportunities to leverage new technologies in business and customer services. #### Position Requirements: Must Have - 7-10 years of business work experience with exposure to various technical environments and business segments.  Strong business acumen, experience working with teams and driving projects across multiple countries is preferred. The Process Engineer will work with senior level management, business units and corporate staff to develop a technology strategy that is integrated with our Services teams across the world.  As such she/he must have a strong understanding of the business. Desired: A self-starter with an in-depth knowledge of Lenovo sales and manufacturing systems, the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders to facilitate outcomes in a diverse organization and exposure to complex international organizations.
