We are serving customers in Data centers, Utilities, Industries, Buildings, Marine, Healthcare segments by providing installation, commissioning, warranty care, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting services, spare parts, equipment life extension, modernization and end of life services. In this role you will drive offering industrialization of following businesses: Buildings as a grid Software Services (EPMS, DCIM and SCADA) System Integration Engineered to Order Projects Specifically to EV Chargers portfolio, the Product Manager will have to lead development of following service offerings: Warranty extension service EV chargers commissioning: process design and execution model through partners Technical support monetization for Hardware and Software offerings CPO Software commissioning process Integration of EV maintenance offering on general service level agreement structure (including EV chargers, Energy storage, Low voltage switchgear plus EMS&CPO Software You will be in charge with Offering industrialization activity which will address Projects and lifecycle services for assigned business lines including: Value proposition exploration and validation in close collaboration with local teams, key accounts, customer and partners (co-creation) Business model and offering structure roadmap (short and midterm oriented to drive performance and continuous improvement) Critical PRE and POST Order processes and tools development such as promotion tools (web app, collaterals), pricing, tendering tool, emergency response. Design and implement roll-out plan adapted to local needs and capacity. Product Manager will work in close alignment with rest of Product management team, sales teams in the region (Country Sales Organisation teams, Sales Account Managers) and EATON products/Software business units (product management teams) Your main responsibilities: In order to successfully drive offering productization you will: Assess, document and validate project and lifecycle services value proposition for assigned business lines: Buildings as a Grid BG, Software Services, Engineering Services Drive in collaboration with Marketing function development of marketing toolkit (web applications, collaterals, campaigns.) Industrialize Project and lifecycle Service offering: CtO projects options, pricing, SKUs, monetization (subscription), Tendering tools. Support partners programs led by segment team for the scope related to project and lifecycle services Post-order process definition for lifecycle services (tech support, emergency response, 24/7 hotline). Supervision of processes implementation by operations teams. Support the definition of local SW implementation partner program definition and implementation. Keep alignment of the offering development roadmap within product management community (BG, EPMS, DCIM, SCADA, Strategic Account Management team) Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Education level: Electrical Engineering master’s degree, MBA as a plus Years and area of experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with added responsibility in new product development and innovation Technical knowledge: Solid technical knowledge of EVCI Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure. Strong Knowledge in specific markets and products. Soft skills Ability to articulate good balance of technical and commercial acumen. Ability to engage in highly technical sales, Strong presentation and training capabilities. Ability to work across divisions Strong leadership skills to lead and influence others. Experience with customer meetings and presentations as well as delivering presentations to large groups. Excellent communication skills. Ability to efficiently cooperate with diverse stake holders in the organization. Fluent in English, additional languages appreciated.
