#### Position Description:


We are looking for Services Sales Operations Specialist in EMEA Services Sales
team responsible for various operations, data management, pipeline tracking
and reporting activities.

Your responsibilities will be:
• Ensures on time communication and quality on all owned activities
• Keep up-to-date sales pipeline and ensure proper follow up
• Own and regularly run and distribute assigned reports
• Support Factory Services Project management team with regular reporting and
project tracking

#### Position Requirements:


• 1-2 years of experience in customer support area, preferred in Operations
and Sales support
• Knowledge of Services Operations is an advantage
• Communication skills – ability to cooperate with different functions on
solving an issue
• Presentation skills – ability to present on the calls in front of Service
Sales and Factory Services teams
• IT skills: MS Excel skills (functions - VLOOKUP, pivot tables), MS
PowerPoint
• Business level English skills both written and verbal (other foreign
language is an advantage)
• Organized person with attention to detail, keeping deadlines
• Must be able to work independently without close supervision

Minimum base salary starts from 1500EUR, the final offer depends on experience
and variable part
