Help us define our world of tomorrow. You will report to EMEA Services Programs (PMO) Manager. As Lenovo EMEA Partner Sold Partner Delivered (PSPD) Program Manager, you will be required to: • Be able to formulate partner benefits, develop internal trainings for sales reps • Work closely with various internal sales, operations, product, marketing teams as well as with participating partners • Participate on continuous PSPD program development based on the internal or external stakeholders’ requirements • Proactively look for and propose areas to improve PSPD program, identify gaps and look for solutions • Be comfortable to have conversations with all levels of stakeholders through online, occasionally also face-to-face meetings and workshops #### Position Requirements: • 5+ years’ experience in channel program, business or product management with proven track record • Superior verbal and written communication skills, and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences • Knowledge of IT market route to market, knowledge of Services / Software Upsell business is an advantage • Strong judgement, ability to manage through ambiguity and complexity as well as a demonstrated ability to influence without explicit authority • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task effectively while considering future organizational requirements • Experience in consulting or leading creation of new customer sales programs is a plus Base gross monthly salary start from 2,100 EUR but increases with previously gained experience. In addition, there is 12% annual bonus.
