Position Description:
The Lenovo Services WW Sales Programs Senior Manager is responsible for owning
and managing the performance of a set of Lenovo Services products.
This role works with all geographies worldwide (except China) to analyze
product performance, identify opportunities to increase revenue and
profitability and drive these opportunities to closure. This role will be
measured by the ability to increase revenue, margin, attach rate & pen rate of
a defined set of Lenovo Services products and will require the candidate to
build plans for driving products to specified performance goals. This
position will represent Services Sales in the development of new Service
offerings including creating the go to market strategy (GTM) & Sales launch
plans. Additionally, they are responsible for providing input on product
content, pricing and operational delivery for both new product development and
sustaining. This position is a product subject matter expert (SME) that will
be asked to provide product analysis and input into various activities such as
training and sales support.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze product performance to understand key performance drivers and gaps
including, but not limited to, product content, competitiveness, pricing,
merchandising, promotions, SPIF/compensation, contests, training, marketing,
sales programs and operations
• Provide strategic insights to support the business & create plans to drive
product growth
• Create an annual performance plan for the product broken down quarterly
including actionable items to drive product performance
• Drive projects & initiatives to improve product performance
• Provide regular product reviews of performance & action plans and lead
product line reviews as needed
• Create bundling strategies as appropriate to increase sales, drive CE,
optimize price and increase ease of sale
• Engage with geographies to determine best practices and share these across
other geographies to drive product performance improvement
• Provide product attach/performance analysis in support of exec queries &
presentations
• Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide input into future offer
planning, marketing/training materials & delivery/ops planning for their
portfolio
• Assist in the definition of new sales motions, pricing/costing, marketing
materials & launch plans for any new product launches in their portfolio
Position Requirements:
The candidate should have 7+ years of experience in Sales Programs, Product
Management, Marketing or Sales. Services experience preferred. The candidate
should demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to independently
create a vision and drive organizational results.
• Bachelor degree required, Masters degree an advantage
• 7+ years of experience in Sales Programs, Product Management, Marketing or
Sales (Services experience preferred) with understanding of sales behaviors
and processes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently create a vision
and drive organizational results
• Strong executive presence and comfort dealing with senior management
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong financial acumen and decision-making capability
• Collaborative approach to meeting business objectives and ability to build
strong relationships and influence at all levels of matrixed organizations
• Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally
Base gross monthly salary from 3300 EUR, depending on experience + variable
part
