transformation – as Services Sales Specialist for Lenovo’s East region*.
With the PC market transforming into a service & solution based business at a
high pace, we see major growth opportunity for the company as well as for our
people in expanding our Warranty and Professional Services business. In
Lenovo, PC Services have ever been a strong revenue and profit contributor.
Now we aspire to take this business to the next level. Having these priorities
in mind we are looking for exceptional candidates into the role of Services
Sales Specialist.
Your role would be to to work with our most important customers within your
territory.
\- You will cooperate with an international team of technical, presales and
consulting resources based in EMEA to advance the sales process,
achieve/exceed quarterly services revenue, and profit targets in your assigned
territory.
\- You will help our Key Account Managers for our most important public, large
enterprise and global accounts to take advantage of our services value
proposition & co-lead opportunity management & closure.
\- You will be selling both close to the box services (factory customization
services, lifecycle services, warranty services etc.) as well as help to
develop solutions tailored to your customer’s needs.
\- You will be working across countries, so work from home is possible. Be
prepared to spend 30% of your time visiting your customers.
\- You will be reporting into the EMEA Leader for Services Sales into our
Public, Large Enterprise and Global Account business but cooperate very
closely with the local PC hardware sales team.
#### Position Requirements:
\- 3+ years’ experience selling services to relationship and SMB customers
\- Business fluent English and Russian
\- Effective territory/account management: planning, opportunity qualification
and creation, stakeholder & needs analysis, value engineering,
services/partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline management
\- The position requires the ability to articulate and present the business
value of Lenovo's Services solutions and have a firm understanding of Lenovo's
Services strategies and products
\- Experience leading large deals especially deployment solutions
\- Knowledge of market landscape, competitive and channel partners´ solutions
and capabilities
\- Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner
solutions to solve customer needs.
*Our East region covers: Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, and the (other) countries of the CIS.
