Responsibilities

          Manage the in/out remittance transaction.

• Manage the SWIFT Alliance and take up the SWIFT administrator role.
• Manage the RTGS, SWIFT systems and take up as the testing/project role to enhance our payment systems/FX/MM Systems (Summit Systems) to fulfill these two systems new requirement.
• Manage all treasury settlement queries and resolve issues in an accurate and timely manner and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure swift payments are process, confirm and input accurately into the bank system. 
• Verify FX, MM, Bond, IR derivatives and maintain static data in Summit system.
• Monitor RTGS account position and prepare SWIFT and RTGS instructions.
• Ensure nostro account balances in various currencies are positive.
• Perform daily trade reconciliation and conduct daily HKTR reporting.Monitor trades transactions for limit excesses and breach of individual traders authorization.
• Review daily and monthly mark to market valuations of bonds, interest rate swap and NDF.
• Recommend improvement to systems, procedures and control as appropriate
• REQUIREMENTS
• Degree or above in Finance, Commerce or relevant discipline.
• With  5 years or above of settlement experience in banking
• Familiar with products in money market, FX trade bond and derivative trades
• Familiar with summit system is a definite advantage.
• Broad exposure to automated environment and familiarity with risk control and operational processing procedures
• Good communication skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua.
