Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily settlement operations of securities and other derivatives in Hong Kong
• Perform account opening and data maintenance  
• Perform settlement functions including trade matching, customers fund deposit and withdrawal, SI, corporate actions, and other CCASS operations
• Assist in system modification and UAT testing
• Prepare daily and monthly settlement reports and statements as well as other administrative duties
• Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 1 years relevant experience in settlement operations, preferably in securities industry
• Knowledge of securities settlement as well as CCASS operations
• Knowledge of Hee Solution system operations will be preferred
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent and good interpersonal skill
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Settlement Officer
