RedpathPartners is currently representing our client, a top-tier Hong Kong renowned developer to search for an Assistant General Manager to manage their expanding retail portfolio in China.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and implementing leasing strategy for a portfolio of shopping malls
• Oversee, manage, and build the strategic partnership with international luxury brands
• Explore new clients through business connections and relevant marketing events
• Formulate leasing strategies and engage in business development for tenant mix improvement
• Monitor variances in leasing control parameters, such as income receivable, vacancy, trends, pricing, market movement and trend and customer turnover

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in real estate management or related discipline
• At least 8 years of relevant retail leasing experience in China
• Strong network with Retail Fashion Brands
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills with strong ability to build rapport with tenants and vendors
• Excellent market intelligence and sound analytical mind
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
