Job Descriptions:
1. According to the theme of the inquiry unit, combined with the English teaching content, formulate the semester plan and stage assessment content.
2. Actively participate in collaborative planner meetings, school meetings, and related education training and workshops.
3. Actively pay attention to children's English expression ability, and provide personalized feedback and communication with parents on a regular basis through weekly communication books, monthly assessments and daily observations.
4. To assist the school in carrying out activities such as public activities and extended classes.
5. Participate in online and offline admissions activities as needed, and assist in arranging exams and maintaining freshmen.
6. Assist class teachers to strengthen class safety and child care.
7. Complete the tasks assigned by the leaders, and actively support the other work carried out by the school.

Requirements:
English Native speakers only
Bachelor degree and above, understand early childhood psychology and early childhood teaching methods, one of the following major related: Pre-education, Music, P.E., Drama, Dancing
Priority will be given to those with at least 2 years of course-related teaching experience or worked as kindergarten teacher.
Love children, like children, cheerful and energetic, strong sense of responsibility;
Have passion on teaching job, has one’ own unique teaching style.

Salary and Benefits:
2 weeks winter holiday and 2 weeks summer holiday full paid
Basic salary standard 26,000 RMB per month and above
Annual bonus: 1 month salary adjusts to appraisal
7000rmb travel allowance at first year, 10000rmb from second year.
