Responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums of AIA products and services to agents and partners

担任培训讲师，您需要：

• 实施新人层级培训项目，确保培训的品质与时效

• 参加各项培训课程授课资格认证及通过考核获得授课资格

• 培训数据及报表的管理

  • 完成部门安排的授课工作及培训活动

  • 配合业务需求，对业务发展部门提供各项支持（早会、培训工作坊、销售公开课）

• 追踪、检视新人阶段绩效

• 任职要求

  1.Education –大学本科或以上，金融、教育、管理等专业优先

  2.Experience –4年或以上保险行业工作经验，其中有2年以上业务培训经验 （具有同业组训经验更佳）

  3.立志成为专业讲师，并不断自我更新，与时俱进

  4.具备较强的课程规划、编写与教授能力

  5.具备保险产品及营销员渠道相关知识和技能，有理财、健康管理相关知识经验为佳

  6.具备出色的人际沟通能力和执行力

  7.熟悉了解保险市场，面对保险营销不断变化的市场状况，要求随机应变的能力

  8.相关资料的整编，扎实的语言及文案运用能力
