Position Summary:
This position is responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction and the success of Trade Support and Service Team, Development, Knowledge Management,Trainning and Quality Assurance. This position is responsible for enhancing productivity and the quality of work for the whole operation team. Guide and direct a team of Managers, Leads and Senior Instructional Designers to align training, knowledge management and quality assurance with all business strategies. Responsible for assessing all current training programs and identifying additional training solutions to address business needs (i.e. organization designs, leadership development, change management, etc).
Tasked with the design, development, and delivery of business intelligence, data & predictive analytics, business process optimization, and software solutions for the Trade Support & Service organization , to achieve the strategic goals of the department and corporation. The position manages a large team of highly skilled business analysis professionals and software developers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Head the Business Intelligence, data analytics, predictive analytics, forecasting, and optimization group of Trade Support & Service
Head the Training design, development and delivery of training for the whole TCS team
Head the design and delivery mechanism for the knowledge management database
Head the Quality Audit system
Head incident response reporting and analytics, including ownership of financial reporting, impact analysis, coordination with Accounting, and management of external email communication
Heads an organization of business data analysts and software
Guide data analytics team to provide technical solutions as well as actionable information.
Build, mentor, and develop the talent and leadership in the group
Oversee project managers running the various phases
Perform QA/architectural reviews. Ensures adherence to Enterprise Architecture (EA) technology standards and project specific solutions architecture.
Partner with senior and executive management to understand and deliver performance insights and key analytics solutions.
Regular meetings and communications with senior and executive management as well as the preparation and delivery of presentations to the same
Champion for data-driven decisions, strong data governance, and other data initiatives.
Implement Big Data and other advanced data analytics best practices to solution real world departmental and corporate targets
Analyze and interpret performance measurements to identify trends and formulate recommendations for future study/improvement
Partner with senior and executive management to understand and deliver performance insights and key solutions.
Help other team to prepare various reports to meet business need
Find solution and provide necessary training to the whole team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
5-10 years related experience in a multi brand global organization required; and/or training in an analytic or quantitative discipline required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience leading multi-functional teams
Software and database development experience required.
In-depth experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and project management required. 5-10 years of management experience required.
Call center experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
Software development background with the ability to understand and interpret software code. Web development proficiency
Strong database skills, particularly in the areas of data warehousing and data mining
Ability to view a problem holistically to find the best solution whether it is via process improvement or software or reporting or hardware
Ability to manage large and diverse teams
Ability to think strategically and act tactically
Proficiency in business processes and terms.
Ability to work, interact, and communicate with external / internal customers at all levels.
Superior decision making skills required, including the ability to think critically and use independent judgment.
Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability using project management software and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize complex projects.
Requires excellent organization and planning skills.
Ability to handle dynamic workload, balancing short and long term projects.
Ability to interpret analytical results into meaningful business terms and translate business needs to programming and data modeling.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
