POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Shared Service Specialist, you will be working in the service department providing services for internal teams, such as Charter Operations, Trade Sales & Service and Direct Sales. You will need to maximize revenue by achieving and exceeding your individual and team targets whilst maintaining and delivering the highest level of customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Providing services for internal teams, such as Charter Operations, Trade Sales & Service and Direct Sales;
b) Be responsible for FVR, Friends and Family Booking, Perishable and Certificate Booking, sending sailing reports, ED Card & Luggage Tag Deliver and Finance Support.
c) Deliver a consistent and high level of customer service to build an excellent company image through toll free line;
d) Be involved in the completion of company’s projects and related tasks
e) Familiar with all kinds of company products
f) Provide accurate and timely information utilizing company resources.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Following cash application process, daily fill in finance form;
Make account receivable and apply into system on time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
® Bachelor above required
® 1-2 year related working experience required

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
® Be proactive and supportive
® In-depth knowledge of AS 400 system.
® Excellent communication skill.
® Excellent team player.
® Good English in Listening & Writing.
