50. Responsible for sheeting planning, that link with mixing / preparing and molding planning; ensure the sufficient material supply for production need. 
50. Ensuring planning parameters are accurate, and continue improvement to trace the WO parameters vs. sheeting result for operation efficiency and yield improvement.
50. Coordinates/manage production schedule to maintain inventory at target levels. Leads problem resolution for material related topics.
50. Planning, volume allocating, and production status tracking through the capacity management, regularly communication with production team, subcontractors, program manager, and planning team, ensure that all groups are informed of gaps in supply.
50. Manage production schedule based on the customer signals for sudden pull in, push out, upside demand.
50. Work with cross function to support the in house sheeting line process build up.

Qualifications

Requirement:

 

50. Education level required :Bachelor’s degree is must, Master’s degree at relating field preferred.
50. Years and area of experience required: 1~3 year experience in Planning function with proven performance in a manufacturing environment
50. Soft skills: IT skills in MS Office especially for Excel, knowledgeable in Visual Manufacturing or other MRP/ERP systems
