Position：Homeroom Teacher
Class Size：15-20 kids
Student Age：3-6 years old
Salary：20,000-26,000 included housing allowance

Working Hours:
07:50-12:00
13:30-17:10
8 hours a day, 5 working days a week
No more than 40 working hours per week.

Qualifications:
1. Native English Speaker.
2. Bachelor‘s degree or above, relevant educational qualification certificate is preferred.
3. At least two-years teaching experience with young kids from 2-6 years old.
4. Familiarity with theories of constructivism, sociocultural theory, culturally responsive pedagogy, etc is desired
5. Enjoy staying with kids, energetic, patient, responsible.
6. Excellent interpersonal cooperation & communication skills.
7. Eligible for work visa.

Responsibilities:
1.Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, pedagogical knowledge, and the needs of students by providing relevant learning experiences.
2. Manage classroom procedures and student behavior.
3. Create an environment of respect and collaboration.
4. Prepare and maintain classroom learning environment, such as teaching materials and decoration.
5. Document students’ learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning.
6. Participate in school-wide teaching activities.
7. Support for and communication with parents.
