Shenzhen International High School Hiring Geography Teacher

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Salary: CNY 26,000 - 35,000 per month (before tax).
Housing Allowance: CNY 3,000 per month.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, Teaching and Class Management
-Teach for Year 9 to Year 12 students including IGCSE, A Level ， Plan and teach Max 24
lessons/week, lessons mainly focus on Geography ,-Submit teaching plans and PPTs, class
observation records, etc. -Maintain students’behavior & discipline in class and make report to subject/parents if necessary
-Support constantly to improve the teaching standard up to date
-Participate in regular admin/academic meetings
Tracking, Assessment, Recording, Reporting
-Assessing and tracking student performance, progress and provide ongoing guidance to students
for improvement -Prepare, assign, grade homework for students
-Prepare tests for students, grading exam papers and produce performance analysis
-Participate in academic meeting and research meeting
-Establish positive relationship with parents and keep parents updated about the students’ performance
Activities
-Plan and organize student activities, open classes, festive performance and decoration, co-hosting events with other teachers. -Support the school-level, national or international competitions as a coach and judge
-Lead one or more Extra-Curricular Activities
Working Time
generally a 5 day 40 hours schedule, exact time schedule may differ by division or position.）
