ASAP. 2024 or Feb 2025//Shenzhen//Training School English teachers Needed in Luohu district, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province (RMB 20-30k before tax per month)

Starting Date: ASAP, 2024 or Feb 2025;
Locations: Luohu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province;

Job Details:
1. Working hours: up to 40 hours/ week;
2. Students aged from 4-15 years old;
3. Class length: 45/ 55 minutes;
4. Class size: up to 12 students per class;
5. Two days off during the week. (Weekdays: 1:30pm-8:30pm, Weekends: 8:00am-6:30pm);
6. Winter and Summer overtime hours will be reimbursed at the end of the Winter or Summers extra days off;
7. Take part in summer and winter camps (intensive speech, reading, writing, science classes and more);
8. Communicate and give feedback to co-teachers about students' performance;
9. Assist with make-up lessons when necessary;
10. Office hours include -lesson preparation, taking part in professional development workshops, teacher training, attending department meetings, sharing ideas, activity planning,etc;
11. Participate in events to represent the school (e.g., judge speech competitions, MUN competitions,etc.);

Benefits:
1. Salary: RMB 20- 30K before tax depending on experience, number of classes, and number of students taught;

Requirements:
1. Native English speakers with a Bachelor Degree or higher;
2. TEFL/TESOL certificate is required;
