Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Purpose of the Position: To ensure Electrical and Power System drawings are archived properly.

Day to Day Responsibilities
To manage necessary contractor Controls resources to support Facility objectives.

To provide higher level troubleshooting, to ensure timely solutions of system or equipment issues.

Provide professional engineering and manufacturing skills and knowledge (understands theories and fundamentals), and capable of root cause analysis, and put permanent solutions in place.

Meet all SHE requirements Meet Facility department requirement and conduct rigorous change control and clear communication with all" -

Education and Experience

1. College degree and major in Electrical Engineering and Automation, or other related.

2. 5+ years of Facility experience in power system at least.

Required Skills Have clear understanding of the Main HV Power, Emergency Power, and Lighting Systems within the Plant.
