职位描述
PURPOSE:
Responsible for the factory operating activity during his shift, and supervise the operator working under the Global Food safety and personal safety policy, ensure all the operation activity complying with the SOP/requirement
DIMENSION:
- Grinding to Packing daily operation management

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Production supervision and monitoring
- Ensure personal safety and food safety during shift
- Troubleshooting ability
- Project support
- Non conformity and CCP compliance
- Safety compliance and ergonomic improvements
- Quality and food safety compliance
- Mechanical micro investigations
- Benchmarking within network
- Organize training for associates and multi skill program implement
- Traceability check and conform
- KPI management and CI project team follow up
- Fulfillment of production order
- Sample plan/cleaning result achievement
- MSE Deployment on operation
NATURE AND SCOPE
Job Content:
SAFETY
- Ensure all the associates respect safety rules
- Ensure all associate follow the PPE procedure
- Apply and ensure the compliance of OSHAS18001 o Authority to stop any unsafe activity in the site
- Report any accident/incident or potential risk to EHS team and manager o Coordinate the yearly fire exercise in the shift
ENVIRONMENT
- Detect all potential risk in the working environment
- Ensure all the associates respect the environment rules within process department
- Apply and ensure the compliance of ISO14001 standards
- Authority to stop any activity that presents some risk to the environment
- Report any incident/accident or potential risk to the environment
QUALITY & FOODSAFETY
- Apply and ensure the compliance with Mars QMP standards, ISO9001 and ISO22001, GMP/GHP and 5S.
- Support the HACCP program in the department o Support CCPs and oPRPs
- Manage all the cleaning activities in production area
- Be part of internal auditor team to support internal audits within the site o Work closely to costumer complaint to answer about claims
- Communicate and inform HACCP team about any change on the production that can impact quality and food safety
- Manage product qualification with local QFS and central R&D
- Deal with NC according to NC policy.
- Ensure the respect of the analysis method and conformity to specifications
- Ensure and respect the factory zoning and food safety policy with the whole shift o Report the food safety issue to food safety coordinator
HUMAN RESOURCES
- Allocate manpower where and when needed (daily check of under/ overtime)
- Evaluate and manage the training needs of the shifts
- Execute program of personnel development and specific skills training in relation to Mars leadership development program.
- Determine eventual need of temporary worker
- Coordinate and deliver the safety training to the new comer and team
MANAGEMENT & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full responsibility for the people during the shift
- Build and coordinate intervention team in case of emergency
- Ensure respect of production planning for grinding, extrusion , packing and expedition in term of quantity, quality and time.
- Organize the people attendance to answer the production plan requirement
- Manage break time and escalate if resource needed.
- Ensure optimized usage of the production lines and can organize downgraded work.
- Manage priority of missing products and shortage
- Apply all decisions to improve productivity
- Priorities maintenance people intervention.
- Inform the factory manager about the project progressing
- Responsible for the implementation of food safety requirement
- Ensure the resource of food safety implementation
- Responsible for the action validation and implementation
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
LEANING &TIDINESS
- Apply and make the shift apply 5S in the factory
- Ensure the cleaning at the end of each shift
- Follow weekly cleaning in production
- Manage cleaning, reworks/waste during the shift
- Follow the MSE roadmap to deploy the standard on operation workshop
COMUNICATION & INFORMATION
- Share and provide any document or information to the other department
- Communicate any change on any relevant on the shift to the concerned manager
- Communicate nonconformance issues to relevant managers
- Communicate and share the results of production with the team
- Schedule regular meeting with shift associate to present the results, strategy and any other issues that impact on the daily basis operation
任职条件
- Bachelor degree or equivalent, engineering background preferred
- Previous experience in food / feed precess / FMCG industry
- English: read, written, spoken
- Fully functional Microsoft Office software
- Good communication & negotiation skills, Initiative, Self-motivated, Team player, Safety &Hygiene &Quality conscious, Technically inclined, Management skills
- Valid health certificate
