Self-sustaining technicians that proficient in operations and Equipment maintenance/repair/conversion to determine problems in nonfunctioning electromechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process which includes and are not limited to manage lots in WIP, executing them, prioritization/strategies to run, manage ad-hoc requests, manage remote support and complete all lots/work orders/WIP in the queue.

Follow escalation flow, to Intel Engineer if downtime is prolonged or exceeded the predefined threshold or beyond tech competency. Partner and learn from Intel Engineer or Field Service Engineer (from OEM). Document AAR for each escalation to reduce/eliminate future escalation. Assist or partner with Intel IT/network/Apps team in troubleshooting/repair or IT/network/Apps engineering activities.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical and Electronic Engineering or any related fields. Experience in equipment, IC assembly processing, failure analysis tools, and operating tester is an added advantage.
