For our Division in Olst we are looking for a Shift Supervisor (3 shifts) to join our team on a full-time basis.

Your main task as Shift Supervisor is to be the owner of the production lines. You ensure that your team adheres to all internal and external regulations and all internal and external quality requirements during working hours.

This is a very dynamic role with a lot of responsibilities and growth opportunities. At Abbott in Olst we have three production lines, each line carries different products and in this sense is unique. You will be in charge of optimization of the current processes, bringing new ideas to the table and implementing them.

Experience and background:

• Several years of experience in a similar position or ambition to grow within this role

• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is a pre

• You are flexible and available to work in shifts.

• You think out of the box and have experience in coaching/leading a team

• You are pro active and good and planning and organizing your tasks

• You speak Dutch and English of a fluent level
