Job Description

Responsibilities:

• According to the corporate policy and process, lead the shift team’s safety, production plan and quality control execution. Deliver various production reports and production statistics and data;
• Lead the execution of safety SOP and emergency response plan. Assist the immediate supervisor in handling the emergency incident;
• Track and revise the quality control process for delivering quality products;
• Take a leading role in managing the team’s training, attendance, disciplinary and performance results;
• Lead the proper use and maintenance of the responsible equipment, site operations control, and the control of environmental factors and haphazard resources, and make sure the whole manufacturing unit running effectively;
• Any other work assigned by the immediate manager.
