Responsibilities :

• Reponsible for handling documents and formalities upon ship arrival and departure
• To assist superior to accomplish container management tasks and daily operation
• To liaise with ship owners, charterers and ship masters
• To handle ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors

Requirements :

• Diploma or above
• At least  2 / 4 years'  relevant experience in shipping / forwarding field
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Hands-on experience in MS Office 
• Self-motivated and hard-working
