This exciting role offers opportunity to: Following status of orders and updating in ORDER LIST. Placing booking on time. Acquiring sailing schedule and receiving SO Knowing production status of order, preparing shipping document Arranging truck, delivering shipping document to warehouse and Customs affair operator Following up loading and declaration, dealing with emergency Sending final packing list to sales after shipment, applying for C/O ,submitting SI to forwarder and checking B/L Arranging payment of local charge, courier original B/L and C/O to sales or send the telex B/L to sales Recording shipment data Qualifications Requirement: college or above Bachelor with green hand, more than 2 years graduated in junior college experience in logistics, shipping, international trade, or other relevant job Experience in SAP system, or related Good logical and Analytic skills Good English in writing and reading, good PC skills is strongly recommended.
