Job Description
Job duties:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the online 'e-Bay' service
- Organizing and maintaining supplier and client files and records
- Planning and scheduling Purchases and Sales
- Managing product and conducting market price
- Preparing purchase order and deliver to client, reports and presentations.
- Preparing daily and monthly report of online transaction
- Providing quality customer service
- Handle general accounting transactions
- Working in a professional environment
Requirements:
- High Diploma holder in Marketing, Business administration and any related subject
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in online service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and oversea vendors liaison experience
- Good knowledge on PC software
- Knowledge in I/E shipping documentation
- Good understanding of network and cloud server environments
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin is preferable
