Requirements

• Degree holder or above
• 2 – 4 years Shipping or Logistics experience in Trading / Manufacturing / Buying Office
• Good knowledge of L/C or Banking document
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
• Good knowledge in PC and well versed in EXCEL
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of import and export shipping documents including LC documents
• Responsible for monitoring shipment schedule and update report on a weekly basis
  
• Coordinate with China factories for shipping schedule arrangement
  
• Communicate with global customers and forwarders for shipment arrangement
