Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to :

 

• Work in all aspects of the Stores and Shipping Department as per relevant specs ensuring any issues are highlighted.
• Receiving shipping parts and processing for courier collection in line with all requirements
• Creation of orders for shipments  
• Creating Replenishment orders for consumables used in the shipping dept from Global stores application.
• Investigate opportunities for Cost Reduction
• Updates to SAP as required by Engineers and Vendors
• Receiving goods against purchase orders and ensuring accuracy of inventory receipts per delivery dockets/Sap information and maintaining records of received goods.
• Issuing of Spare parts, Silicon, Chemicals and Gases on SAP to manufacturing
• Ensures working area is always clean and tidy as per standards within departments.
• Follows health and safety rules per department specifications.
   
   
   
   
  Essential skills /knowledge/Experience.

• 3rd Level Qualification in Logistics and Supply chain Management or 0-2 years of relevant work experience in a stores/shipping department with sap knowledge.
• Knowledge of Courier Systems an advantage
• Forklift Licence an advantage.
• Strong Communication and Analytical skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and good timekeeping.

• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of 6s and lean an advantage
