Eaton’s Electrical sector is currently seeking a Shipping Clerk 2nd shift to join our team. This position is based at our Dallas facility. As the Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring that the inbound and or outbound interruptions related to receiving/putaway/picking process issues are reviewed and resolved daily. In order to complete these activities, you will leverage reporting in SAP and partner closely with team leads, supervisors and external support to identify solutions and root causes. In this Function you will: Resolve issues with inbound/outbound shipments to ship orders in a timely manner Identify and review virtual locations to ensure dock sweep is cleaned such as 901, 903, 916 and 999 bins Material stuck in incorrect physical/virtual sort location Reconciliation of shorted/canceled line items for shipments Maintain accuracy to our customers Maintain and improve inventory accuracy Adjust location inventory if needed and after due diligence Record errors by pickers and packers When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Experience with WMS use both console and RF Minimum 6 Months experience with Forklift/ Cherry picker /Reach Truck No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates currently reside within the immediate geographical area of 50 of Dallas, TX will be considered. Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s Degree, or higher, in a related field of study (i.e Business, Supply Chain) 1 year of inventory experience Experience with Vista Basic computer skills, to include familiarity with various systems/databases ( MS Office, WMS, Vista and DC Profiler) Able to learn on the job, adapt to changes and become proficient quickly. Position requires high level of concentration, close attention to details. Must exercise discretion and judgment. Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work under little to no supervision.
