Job Descriptions:

• Manage full set of I/E shipping & banking documents, L/C, customs declarations and all related issues.
• Work closely with various internal departments, branch offices, local forwarders & overseas suppliers.
• Data maintenance and general reporting.
• Assist ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

• Form 5 or above
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Proficient PC knowledge
• Independent, well-organized, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Able to handle full set of shipping document
