Job Description

• Daily follow up with factories, making bookings with shipping companies ensuring that confirmed Delivery dates are met.
• Monitor & track orders status, solving any shipping issues with factories & forwarders.
• Monitor suppliers shipment bookings & ensure shipping orders are released in time to achieve Po shipment dates
• Flag up potential shipment delays
• Handle suppliers & customers general enquires
• Coordinate with internal parties for order arrangement
• Maintain accurate data records in system / database

Requirement

• 4 yrs shipment experience, will be an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Hardworking, respobsible, polite, well-organized, self-motivated, cheerful and good team player.
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin. Do not apply without fluency in spoken English.
• Immediate available is preferred
